If a certain environment is making you feel too stressed, or if you feel overwhelmed and too under pressure, the first thing you need to do as soon as you realize what’s happening is to change the setup. This will help clear your mind and deal with whatever was making you anxious and stressed. Once you take a step back, you may be able to see things more clearly and figure out how to handle the situation better.
Pick a Hobby
A simple hobby like doodling in your journal, painting, baking, a sport, or even keeping a diary can go a long way in helping you canter yourself and calm down. Doodling or arts and crafts, in particular, have been linked to stress relief and relaxation through multiple studies and research.
It promotes focus, introspection, and can just be a fun pastime that your kids can join in on!

Identify the Problem
If you don’t work on fixing the issues in your life that are causing you stress, no amount of chamomile tea is going to do you much good. The first step in dealing with your stress is to take steps in your life to take some pressure off your shoulders.
Let go of that high-stress job and anything that’s harming your mental health, and make conscious decisions that lead to a life you can be happy about.
